Currently I am working on a new series of photographs, featuring architecture in my home city Amersfoort. The target is to show the viewer my photographical view on the city. Yesterday I started with the new Eemplein and the area around the central railway station. Here you will find the first photographs of this new series. Featured in the photographs are the new Eemplein, an office building near the central train station of Amersfoort and the headquarters of Friesland Campina. These photos are taken with the Nikon D90 and a Sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens.
The beautiful town of Heeg, in Friesland, The Netherlands is close to the Heegermeer, which is beautiful in every new season. Especially in the winter, the beautiful Frisian landscape is an eye-catcher for everyone who loves photography.
Last weekend I visited a friend who lives in Heeg, a village in Friesland(The Netherlands), near the city of Sneek. I had the chance to walk through this beautiful place and explore the surroundings. From my landscape shots I composed the following panorama’s. Have a look at the amazing views Friesland has to offer. (The last panorama contains a little joke, do you know what it is?)
